HelpChange the Sender ID:
- The sender ID must contain 11 letters at most or the mobile number that you registered with. This is for all destinations except Kuwait. More details about SenderID management here.
- The system will block your message if you use sender ID that dose not belong to you for example: ZAIN, KFH, NBK, .. etc.
Add numbers to your groups:
- The mobile number must be ONLY numbers with no letters or symbols.
- Add the area code without + or 00, the mobile must be like: 9657119440
Add (import) mobile numbers from .CSV file:
- Sort the numbers, make sure there is no wrong numbers.
- Add the area code to the numbers 9657119440.
- Do not add 00 or + before the numbers.
- Fill the first cell with the name and the second cell with the mobile numbers.

- The file must be saved as .csv
- Import the numbers from the numbers page at your account using the second method.
- Choose the group.
Recharge your account:
- Go to the recharge page.
- Choose the amount you need to recharge.
- Continue the order steps from Boxlink.net website.
- Once you finish the payment we will process your order automaticly.

Complain about undelivered messages:
- First you must send email to Support:

- You must include your full name and mobile number.
- Also, include the message details, SenderID, Data & Time, Message Text, Destination numbers.
- Please submit your problem during the first 24h from the sending time so we can retrieve the problem and solve it for you.
- Please describe your problems in details so we can help you and resolve the problem.
