Why should I use a private SenderID for OTP, and how do I whitelist it?

For OTP and transactional messages, use your own private transactional SenderID. It's whitelisted like a bank, so it reaches every Kuwait number, even Blacklist/DND ones.

Why the public promotional SenderID is bad for OTP:

• Delays: promotional messages can take 120 seconds or more. OTP needs to arrive instantly.
• No Virgin delivery: messages don't reach numbers starting with 4.
• DND filtering: messages to Blacklist/DND numbers are filtered out, and you still lose the credits.
• No priority: you can't control delivery speed.
• Trust: a generic sender looks like spam. Your own brand builds trust and engagement.

How to whitelist (upgrade promotional to transactional):

1. Log in and go to Buy SenderID.
2. Choose upgrade old SenderID to transactional.
3. Follow the steps and pay online.
4. Prepare the required papers and send them to us, we handle the rest.
