Does my company pay kwtSMS?

No. Your users (or your clients' users) pay kwtSMS directly for their own SMS credits. You don't buy credits, you don't resell them, you don't handle any of it.

What if a user has a delivery issue?

They contact our support. You don't get pulled in. Our support hours are Sat–Wed 9–17, Thu 10–14, with 24/7 order and recharge processing.

Is there a minimum or a contract?

Neither. No volume minimum, no lock-in, no monthly fee. You can stop promoting kwtSMS any time, for any reason.

How is this different from becoming a reseller?

Resellers buy in bulk and white-label SMS under their own brand, keeping the margin (see Resellers). Partners don't buy anything. You integrate, your users deal with kwtSMS directly, and you carry zero billing or support load.

Do I get a commission for each referred customer?

Not today. We're running the first iteration of this program as a clean, no-strings partnership. A formal referral/payout program is on the roadmap and will be offered to existing partners first.

How soon will my logo go up?

After your first integrated user goes live with kwtSMS, we add your logo and short bio to kwtsms.com/partners within one week. Case studies and co-marketing are optional and negotiated case-by-case.
